This quinta of over 1.5 hectares (probably in reality more) lies between Vila de Mato and Fiais da Beira. The soil is partly agricultural and partly forest but is now completely overgrown. The agricultural area is fertile and has a water source. On the plot is a ruin of a shed that is not registered. Electricity runs about 400 meters from the lot. The property is south-west and east oriented. The accessibility is reasonable. The last 600 meter are dirt road. The nearest village is Fiais the Beira, about 2 km away. This village has a few cafes and a small grocery. A little further, about 7 km away, is Carregal do Sal. This central municipality has all major facilities, like restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical clinic, schools, library, small hospital and weekly market. The larger city Coimbra is about 65 km away.
