This small quinta of 2.700m² is just outside Andorinha, an authentic village near Oliveira do Hospital. The site is located amongst the gardens of the village, without being isolated. On the ground, grow some olive and fruit trees (fig, orange, apple). On the plot there is an old granite ruin of a barn, of which the walls are still in good condition. From the site there is a view of the mountains of Caramulo. Electricity runs along the ground and the quinta has a beautiful rich well. The accessibility is good. The last 100 meters are a dirt track. Oliveira do Hospital is about 8 km away. In this central municipality, all major facilities such as shops, post office, banks, restaurants, first aid and small hospital, schools and weekly market. The larger city Coimbra is about 60 km away.
