The plan approved by the municipality, for the area of intervention, provides for the creation of a new centrality through the implementation of a square for public leisure space with three distinct accesses, with a single lot for commercial use planned.
The assets in commercialization correspond to 64.92% of the Detail Plan, which translates into 208 lots and 211 fires, a total of 37,840 m2 related to housing and 1,022 m2 to trade and services.
In addition to the corresponding 208 lots (fully included in the land on sale here), the assets also include part of 22 other lots (corresponding to 31 fires and 5,240 m2 of housing).
Planned as a complementary solution to the existing urban structure and continuity of the road network, the Plan of Detail of Canto do Pinheiro, covers a total number of 306 villas, with a maximum of two floors, with a total area of 53,180 m2 for housing and 25,900 m2 for the implementation of collective equipment and green spaces.
The urban intervention foresees the creation of a 'green corridor' and a pedestrian circuit along the water line that, in the future, will also be parallel to the new section of the Urban Variant to the village of Alcochete.
