Refuge with 48 hectares and absolute privacy. The existing ruins can be rehabilitated for own housing up to 500 m2 and it is allowed to build a swimming pool up to 50 m2.
Other rehabilitation uses include rural tourism, agricultural warehouses or technical areas.
